    New Beast

    Hello Club WRX

So last Saturday I picked up:

It's an absolute joy to drive. It drives like a fighter jet on wheels. Perfect precision and feel.
The ride is not harsh like believed. I'm so glad I chose the STi over the planned WRX.

    I'm super-stoked and blessed.

    Thanks for the join

Welcome to the forum! I wasn't impressed with the looks of these at the beginning but they are growing more and more on me. your STi looks really good. Congratulations! If you do any mods you should make a build thread. I'm really interested in seeing what people are doing with the new 2015's.

it was a tough choice for me. It was between the World Rally Blue, Galaxy Blue and Black. In the end I decided on black.

Sweet ride. Is leather standard on the STI? I didn't see one at the dealer without it so I'm curious. Looks really good but wondering how it will feel in Texas heat.

Dude sweet car! The dark rims are growing on me.. I'll have to pick up a pair of dark rims to swap out with my gold ones.

    I love that color!

A couple questions if you dont mind:

    1-Is this a base STI?
2-What did you end up paying?
    3-It appears no power seats?
4-Is the seating leather trimmed with alcantra seating surface? Would you prefer that or all leather seats?
    5-Is the short shifter included?
6-How long did you have to wait?
7-Did you test drive the new WRX engine?

Many thanks! Your car is friggin EPIC!!!

    I love that color too!

A couple questions if you dont mind:

1-Is this a base STI? this is the base STi
2-What did you end up paying? $32,748 plus Texas TT&L That is a Military VIP 2% below invoice price. Not many dealers can beat that!
3-It appears no power seats? correct, Limited (and Launch-I think) have power seats.
4-Is the seating leather trimmed with alcantra seating surface? the center is Alcantra
Would you prefer that or all leather seats? I definitely prefer the Alcantra vs all leather in the limited.
5-Is the short shifter included? Not in the base. Wait for the aftermarket or get an eBay sale from a dealer
6-How long did you have to wait? I didn't order. Get the dealer to redirect one from another dealer is the way to go.
7-Did you test drive the new WRX engine? Nope. I would recommend the WRX if you rarely plan on tracking the car and intend to mainly DD it. I plan to track it once-twice a month!!!

    This car is friggin EPIC!!!
