    1st Mountain Trip

Took "Boomer" on my 1st trip to the mountains. Left Phoenix area (Elev. 1500') and headed to Pinetop AZ, (7200').
I really enjoyed how it handled and performed in the mountains. Quite a bit better that my 2011 Forester, passing was superb when the turbo kicked in.
Took a few pictures. Got 28.5 mpg on a 300+ mile round trip. Took a picture of a semi, almost off the mountain in the Salt River Canyon.

63 degrees! It was 2 degrees here in Minnesota when I woke up today. Pretty good MPG for mountain driving. Do you have a pro tune?

No pro tune, completely stock. The temperature in Pinetop was 19 degrees up there when I left at 8:00AM.
