    Whistling/winding noise

Alright so I've been having this issue and it happens on and off it sounds like a high pitch whistle coming from the engine bay when I rev the engine up in gear and in neutral also when I am in 2nd gear my car makes the winding noise that you hear when you are backing up... anyone else have these problems?
