    Need Help!

So I picked up a 02 wrx wagon with 90k on it for 7k.
I went down to ECS and did a compression test and all 4 cylinders are at 160psi
Along with everything else being checked. Now the question is when he was done he tolx me that there are some wear and tears I should take care of.
    Leak in the shift shaft
    Valve gasket leak
    Drivers side boot torn open
    Oil pan rotted and leaking
Everything else is up to par.
Looking to ulgrade the oil pan pan to sti along with the the pick up. But would it fit?
Replacing all boot joints and all new isc suspension.
QUESTION??? how much is going to be to do all the wear amd tear problems??
    Thanks! !

-I don't know what a shift shaft is.
-Valve cover gasket is probly $15-20
-Axles last time I checked were about $150 for remanufactured. I strongly recommend OEM. They don't make brand new OEM axles for that year anymore (according to the last time I talked to my dealer). And aftermarket axles won't fit as good as OEM and could cause problems, I've never had a good experience with the aftermarket axles on Subarus, could be different for other people.
    -Oil pan...idk.

And then you can add in the labor. $50-100/hr.
