Hmmm, maybe google "Roof Racks" or "Surf Racks" or "Roof Basket" or "Cargo Basket" and select one in your price range?..

I had a Yakima one on my 05 STI. There are tons out there...and a bunch second hand. Keep an eye out on Nasioc/IWSTI/ClubWRX classifieds for a used one at a good price. I bought mine for $150...and sold it for $175 2 years later.

+1 for Yakima. I really like mine, and they're based locally to me.

Do you have any pics? I'd like to see the style.

I don't really have any specifically of the rack, but here's some of the whole car with the rack installed:

The rack brackets don't actually touch the windows. When properly adjusted, they hold extremely well. You can shake the whole car from the bars. Removal takes 30 seconds, and never left any marks. I think my setup was around $400, but I bought everything new, and that included brackets for two cars, and two bike racks (not shown), so it was a pretty good deal in my book.
