Can't find any problems with it at all. Don't know how normal it is but it doesn't really spool up until 4k. And every once in awhile the left front strut pops over bumps but nothing else!!

Stock bugeyes are known for turbo lag. I still love those cars though. Nice color

FWIW, I'd buy a Honda before I ever bought another turbo Subaru. That car is a bit banged up. Are you sure the ODO hasn't been replaced ever? I know that Subaru paint isn't great and condition can be determined by where you live, but that bumper cover looks like it's been replaced and poorly painted. You also have a giant dent in your fender.

Uh...all turbo cars are? It's inherent with a turbo vehicle.

I am well aware all turbo cars experience turbo lag; but compared to other models, the early rex's are known for it. A lot of modern twin-scroll turbo cars have much less lag than a Bugeye Subie will stock. The Veloster Turbo and Focus ST have minimal lag from my drives.

    But less =/= none.

OP, first order of business is to change out your UP. The catalytic converters are known to break apart and grenade engines.

Those fog lights look weird. Side marker is not stock either. Lets see some pics of the engine bay.
