So I just traded in my 2013 Camaro SS for a used 2011 WRX tonight. People will probably think I'm crazy, but I'm OK with that. So far the WRX seems like it's a lot more fun to drive. Reminds me of my Evo 8 years ago. Having 426 HP with no traction kinda blows. I have many groceries to get, and transporting my daughter is pretty important. I'll be waiting for a Camaro to roll up on me. Lots of them here in the Vegas area just might get their ego's shattered.

Sorry about the pic. I can't seem to figure out how to rotate.

As a Subaru newb, judging by the asking price of the '11 WRX, the WRX must really retain its value, eh? I realize dealers like to gouge pricing, but wow, that price ain't far off of what the car cost new, provided its not a Base or an STI...
This would be encouraging, seeing that I go through cars like I do my undies, lol...

    Cheers/B

Subaru holds it's value very well. We were looking at an '11 Impreza for my wife but when we calculated payments, adding the higher interest rates on the older one, it made the payments higher than the '13.

    Ben,

The price stuck on to the window is not the price I paid. That was ridiculous. Granted... WRX/STI's are hard to come by in this area, but I wouldn't have paid that much. I ended up paying around $22.5K, but your point is still valid. They do retain a lot of their value. Figure the MSRP of around $26K for the model I bought only depreciated $3.5K over two years. I lost about 10 grand for the year I had the Camaro.

Thank you all for the welcome. I appreciate it and look forward to absorbing all of the info/opinions you have.
