    Smile New Subie owner

    Hello,
My name is Brandi. I purchased a new 2013 WRX Limited on July 17th. It is the satin pearl white. I tried uploading a photo but it kept giving me a message that it failed to do so.
I'm loving it as well as being a new Subie owner.
I've tinted the windows along with the upper strip of the windshield, and added a K&N. My plans are to silver carbon fiber the interior dash a little and purchase a carbon fiber the hood scoop inlet. I don't think I'm going to add any performance enhancements as the warranty is too important to me, thus tuning it is not an option. I read in many places that adding both an air intake AND exhaust doesn't add much performance and it may need to be tuned. So, I was thinking one or the other eventually, but I'm not sure which one.

Anyway, when I can figure out how to load a photo, I will do so.

    Brandi

Ooh,hang on. That is the throb of a turbocharged flat four engine. A sound which, all over the world, heralds the imminent arrival of a moron - JC.

Welcome to the club! The white paint with black tints looks sick!
I've had my subie for almost a month now and it's an awesome ride!

Thanks all. I'm more than happy with the Subaru and the WRX. Truly, the best vehicle I've ever owned. I traded in my 2007 Honda Element SC. It was important to me to stay with the same quality or better. I chose the perfect vehicle. ;-)
    Glad to be here.
    Thank you again,
    Brandi

    Welcome from NJ!

Congrats on the car! Love the tint on white. Super sharp looking.

Along the modding lines, you can absolutely mod your car without voiding a warranty. However, they can DENY a claim if you blow and engine and the insurance company sees you've done work on it. Putting on sways and endlinks won't void any warranties that I know of.

Thanks all. I too like the classy, yet aggressive look of the white with tinted windows. I added a K&N air filter. Shiftinglanes: thanks for the info on modding.
