Argh! Here's the deal...
After years of working from home I now have to do a 250 mile weekly commute which includes a goddamn mountain pass. For reasons I won't bore you with, I can't move to the target of my commute so it's something I'm stuck with until I grow a pair and tell my employer to "eff off".
My current rides aren't up to the task (Convertible Benz, 750 hp Mustang) so I have to get something that will handle snow and keep me entertained to boot. As a car nerd, I immediately realized a WRX was probably my go-to. I keep reading about how the '14 WRX is going to be so much different which makes me think that's the one I need. I think I like the '13 but I don't want to get one of those if the new-gen is going to be that much better. Then I made the mistake of Googling and saw the concept - DAMN, but that's hot looking ride. Finally, some lot-lizard called me today saying they just opened ordering for '14s but that they just got a '13 and "Why order since there aren't any differences?". Near as I can tell, the 14's are going to be way different. I don't see anything on the Subie web site that says the '14 differs so I'm confused.
Do I buy the '13 on the lot or order a '14 because of updates?
