I haved a 2013 STI wagon with cat back and, K and N high flow intake. I nsttalled the satge one 93 map onr it and for the most part it runs great until about 6k rpm and then it kind of seems like it suffers from gas starvation.

    Thanks,
    Bob

Anyway, OP try putting your stock intake back on. The stage 1 map is not really designed for a k&n intake.

First question, what do you mean by this?

This. Cobb clearly states that they have maps for stock intake, the Cobb intake, and the AEM intake. Your intake is not supported.
