Any tips on prep work? Did you use a white base when you sprayed the green? Any way you could give a step by step for prep work? Looking to do this for the winter

Prep work make sure you take off fog light housing and air vents on front bumper and spray them seperate and take your time tape off the engine bay and radiator (you don't have to but do windows two or you will waist a lot of dipp) and I did not use a base either time my car is normally pearl white.

I have a 2007 GMC envoy and I used plasti dip on my chrome wheels. They were normal on day of purchase. A few weeks later I applied the plasti dip. About 6 months has passed. I tried to remove the dip and it immediately showed a white film that was impossible to scrape off. After some hours of trying to remove the white film it ended up making it worse.

There is pitting corroution and major damage to my rims. WARNING ON PLASTI-DIP

you should dip it one color, rob a bank, hop in, drive into the woods, peel it, and buy us parts via cash. no paper trail.
