Hey guys. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Maranda and I don't own a Subaru, yet. Right now I own a 2006 Scion tC which is a great starter tuner and daily driver, but I crave something new and more powerful. Ive done some researching and came down to 2 vehicles, a Camaro and WRX. I decided on a WRX. Hopefully next tax season, half my bills will be paid off and I m going to try and buy a new sedan. So i'll be lurking around until then reading and learning about the cars. So don't be surprised if I pop up somewhere.

Ooh,hang on. That is the throb of a turbocharged flat four engine. A sound which, all over the world, heralds the imminent arrival of a moron - JC.

    That's what HE said! HEYOOOOOOOOOO

J/k. Welcome to the forum! Good choice on the WRX, those new Camaro's are pretty awesome but no where near as versatile. Plus the line of sight is atrocious.

    Welcome!

I'm with Foxey, I just wouldn't be able to stand the visibility, or lack thereof, of the Camaro.

The visibility issue and weight is what turned me away from one. Plus we always have someone riding with us so a roomier 4 door would be a plus as well.

My coworker owns a base model Camaro. I'm 5'4" and my head hits the roof when I sit in the back.
And 6 cylinders don't deliver that kick vs a turbo. Soooo your choice.
Plus there are a half million Camaros and half of those are driven by guys going through midlife crises.
...vs a quarter million WRXs and half of them driven by boy racer types.

Well um definately not going thru a midlife crisis and for its motor the v6 camaro is far more exspensive than a wrx with the exact same hp. Plus im not a guy so id love t be another one to break the mold.
