    If I am not mistaken it is around 17. Lbs.

    Thanks. Now I know I need some lighter wheels. Might help with handling and a little acceleration.I think that is the reason we all buy a car like WRX is to make them even faster.

    Certainly won't hurt handling (assuming you get the correct spec, ie offset and width), but it won't be a noticable difference on acceleration.

    The bigger difference in handling will be if you get better tires (not to mention suspension upgrades like sways).

    There are cheaper mods for power if that is your goal.
