AP stage one then CEL came on

I have done a few searches on this subject but figured while i was searching i can ask around here as well. I Bought my cobb accessport and cobb SF intake and pre maf rubber. After install and loading my stage 1 93oct map my CEL and a flashing cruise light came on. The code is the P2433 Secondary air injection air flow circuit high. Im guessing its due to the SF and larger rubber. I tried clearing the code with the AP with no luck. Im not sure what to do next. anyone have this problem before?

No, I don't think it has anything to do with the intake. This has to do with your air-pump emissions system, and usually results in significant frustration finalizing with an airpump delete kit. Though, I would absolutely check the connections to the airpump (both electrical and vacuum) -- it's the plastic piece bolted to the forward-driver side of the motor. FYR, this won't affect the car's driveability -- the airpump is merely for emissions purposes.

That's good to hear. I know the air pump is basically used on cold start ups. Atleast that's what it did in my m3 but I was just concerned that it started when I loaded a tune with the accessport. Is that a common issue or was it just by coincidence.

Could be coincidence. Also (if the car was used) it could be that the previous owner defeated the code via a map re-flash, and the act of you re-flashing the car with the AP removed the code defeat. Try uninstalling the AP and seeing if the code disappears. Furthermore, post a picture of the engine bay. Again, if the car was bought secondhand, it's possible the previous owner already deleted the airpump.

I can see the air pump is still in the car and all the lines look like yet are hooked up. The car was bone stock when I bought it but that doesn't mean that the man didn't have the code cleared and the tune brought it back. I'm not concerned with it since it doesn't affect the ride and thankfully the car just got inspected an emissions in January. Is there a way to get the code to go away since now I can't use my cruise control and the flashing light is quite annoying?

You an upload the pictures to an external hosting site (like Imgur or Photobucket) and copy the url between [ IMG] [/ IMG] (remove the spaces)

Looks like I can disable the code in RomRaider:

So you can probably also disable the code using Cobb's AccessTuner Race software. The software is free with the purchase of an AP, you just need to inquire with Cobb.
