Recently joined, hopefully a WRX owner very soon.

Ive always loved Subies, Ive always wanted one. Trying to find a good 04-06 WRX. I currently own a 03 VW gti. So boost is nothing new to me. However, Im looking for something in the category of sport sedans, and the WRX fits the bill perfectly.
My gti was pretty much a lemon; I have probably spent as much money fixing it as it cost me. So now Im looking for a car that is more reliable.
I see old Subarus everywhere, and I know the WRX is pretty durable. Hopefully Ill find a good one for a good price.

Thanks for all the love guys!
Currently looking at these two, and talking to a local guy about a 04 STI.

I did read through that thread, pretty much the same stuff that I learned after my misfortune, but there was also a good bit I didnt know to look for.

There's a few mods on that 06. Could be just fine, but that BOV concerns me.

Yeah, I didnt know until I read some that a DV is recommended over a bov. Thats what everyone says about the volkswagens. I could always just buy a stock dv or figure something out if it is indeed troublesome.
