SO unpaid balance is 21397.77 (bottom document). Finance charge is 3977.81 (top document), adding these two numbers, 21397.77+3977.81=24407.47, the total amount financed (top document). If you add the finance charge of 3977.81 AGAIN to the total amount financed, this equals total of payments of 28385.28, but thats like double adding the finance charge.

There were not the final numbers I originally saw and believe he ripped up the wrong yellow document (top document)

about my car:

Only dirt i drive it on is my own damn driveway, getting ceramic tint by formula one, lifetime warranty, ceramic has most protection from the sun, metallic is second, but affects AM radio signals. I dont listen to anything in my car but the turbo lol (especially not AM haha), and im a firm believer in getting what you paid for, so ceramic it is, dark as possible while still being legal according to Florida laws, and ill be getting the visor strip as well ($280), think it will look sexy.

Did you finance through the dealer or secure financing on your own through a credit union? Only reason I ask is because of the interest rate...pretty steep

Yeah, I agree. I'm pretty confused by those numbers. Go back to your dealer and ask someone to fully explain the numbers to you. Don't feel bad about asking for a pen and paper to write the figures down in a way that makes sense to you and don't leave until you're satisfied.

Just get a bank or credit union to get you a loan and just pay the dealer off with that loan... This looks shady

You should be able to get a 60-72 month new car loan through a credit union for about 2.5-3% if you have decent credit.

Get a loan through them and pay off what you owe the dealer. No reason to pay more than you have to in interest

Finance charge is the amount of interest you will pay in the 6 years it takes you to pay off the car only giving only the minimum amount. Pay more each month, and you pay less interest and so on.
