    my turbo timer af gauge reads its at 3.2 - 3.8 on startup and low to mid 4`s when hot and running. is this normal?? Thanks for all answers!!

    What kind of turbo timer is it? It should read around 14.7 at idle and cruising, that thing is way off or is not reading in AFR.

    I don't think it's reading a/f with numbers that low. That's EXTREMELY rich. Your internals would be washed out.

    Don't bother with it. It's not a proper wideband Lambda gauge.

    Better question: Why on the earth do you have a Turbo Timer??

    Oh I don't know .. very new to this . I bought this car with the timer on. I'm not sure if it's right or wrong :O

    It's not necessarily "wrong" but they aren't needed for these cars.

    Turbo timer is pointless, and without the propper wideband O2 sensor it wouldn't be able to get accurate AFR readings.. although it doesn't appear to be reading any sort of AFR, so the point is moot.

    I dont think there is a turbo timer that also reads afr.

    Neither had I, but evidently the apex'i variant has the option to vampire into the O2 sensor output and displays O2 sensor voltage... I'm not sure what the voltage output is at stoich, but it could be what the OP is reading.
