I don't see how one more story will change anything.
If you are interested in using an AP, ask them and only them if it's OK and which intakes will work with their maps.
My general answer is "no" for what that's worth.

Ok I have got many different story's on intakes and about using A P.
I just want to no if it will be safe to run a intake without any sort of supporting mods without
It throwing a code or running way too rich or messing with the A/F ratio too

The info you're looking for is on Cobb's website. Look at what maps they have for your car, and what intakes those maps are compatible with. From what I recal they have a couple of maps for use with either the Cobb SF intake, or AEM (depending on the year model of your car).
If the intake you are considering is not one of the ones they list as being compatible with the map you want to run you should call Cobb and ask them about what map to use and whether or not it will be safe. And of course with all tunes, you should datalog after flashing to ensure your car is running correctly. Just because it "feels" like it's running right doesn't mean your engine is safe from damage.
