So I finally did it and got a swp wrx after waiting for the brz to come out and then debating whether to wait for the new wrx. I've had her a few weeks and it's even better than I expected. All the info on this site is great and has already been helpful. Here are some pics after a day of waxing

woot welcome to the few and the proud....GR sedan owners lol. i dont know about anyone else but it seems like 90% of new wrx's on the road are hatchs.

It's a base model that came with the stp shifter, illumination kit and fog lights. I've added a duracon shift knob, RA mud flaps, tint, some security mods and silvania front turn signal bulbs (still light up amber). I have always loved the european hatches that we never had over here, but the GR was too sexy to resist. Maybe I'm being naive and still impressed by the feel of the car, but I don't plan on any power or suspension mods at least until the warrantee is done. we'll see though
