Newbi from oz with a question

Hi jus joined. Live in oz and drive a gc8 type r v6.
Ok, the reason I joined is I'm lookin for help with a turbo set up for my car. 2 choices...

Need help with this guys. Any past experiences will be very helpful. I've put it up on other forums but they keep goin off topic and giving no feedback. Thanks in advance
