    Question about flashing stage 2

    I just got my downpipe and am going to a shop today to get it installed. I know I need to avoid driving it on my current stage 1 map, but would it hurt to drive it 3-4 miles home before I flash stage 2? Thanks, its a 2010 and I'm using TP maps

    3-4 miles isnt completely outrageous. just dont get in to boost and drive like a grandma.

    what's stopping you from flashing it right at the shop youre taking it to though?

    I think I might, I would rather be home in case I have any issues so I'm not stranded, plus i would rather have my laptop plugged in (even though its newer and the battery usually last 4 hours).

    I drove my car around for three days with the catless DP and stock tune. Just avoid boost when possible, the car drove 100% fine until I got it tuned. Wit no boost, the risk of detonation is pretty much non exsistant
