It's nice that it has Cobb parts on it already but my main concern is how much abuse it took since its been modded
too much.
for another 4k, you can get a brand new wrx.
actually for about that you can get a base wrx..

no way in hell you should spend 25k$ on a 7 year old car with mystery mods bro
wtf is wrong with the shift knob?
Yeah, for that much a new base WRX is a better idea. Hell, you could pick up a slightly used 11-12 WRX premium forthat much., that is if you want a few more creature comforts.

Paid $19,500 for my completely stock, in great condition 06 STi with 61,758 miles. Included COBB AP extra brake pads front and rear, and winter tires and rims.
^ Just an example, i will say that thing is in EXCELLENT condition though.

thanks for all input guys. i know its a bit much, i just have been having a hard time finding an sti around my area. Just going to have to keep on searching.
I beg to differ. Did you notice that the trunk carpet is missing? This looks to me like a car quickly made up neatly to sell quickly (for WAY too much). I'm willing to bet it was in an accident at some point.
You see that a lot in these small scale lots. I found several WRXs on lots like these and even my untrained eye at the time could tell the beauty was only skin deep. Pull up the carpets, and I found rust, different colored paint, etc. The OP is wise to pass on this one.

I will admit to buying way too quickly. So just as advice don't buy the first one you find. I bought my WRX wagon the second i found it. The longer I've owned it, the more things i have found wrong with it. Mine was definitely in an accident. Like others have said look closely and wait for the right one.
