2005 subaru WRX questions

hi, i have some questions about a 05 wrx. im looking at buying the car either today or tomorrow but had some concerns. one was that the car has 130k on it with little mods like a full exhaust, cobb stage 2 tune. the turbo, timing belt and water pumped were all replaced by subaru around 90k. the car has minor dings her and there but my major concern is about the motor and the miles! feed back ASAP would be great.
