    Yes. It's from Silverline Automotive (judging from the license frame), which is a Portland shop that only sells wrecked cars that they repair with donor parts and resell. Reviews from that place are all over the map. Some people have no issues, some have horror stories of the worst kind. At least they only use OEM parts (from other wrecks) in their repairs, and they don't try to hide the fact the cars are rebuilt (too much anyway). Best of luck to the OP, I really hope they got a gem. I've bought some minor STI parts from them in the past, and aside from looking shady as hell (the definition of a chop shop), I haven't had issues with the parts, but I wouldn't consider buying a full car from them.
