Hello all! My name is Hana and I live in Littleton, Colorado. I recently sold my 2000 AWP 2.5 RS and purchased a 2012 DGM WRX base sedan. I tried to research this a litle bit in the forums... Are the body side moldings adhesive or clip on? Unfortunately, mine came from the factory with them on. Although I think they look decent, they are a PITA when cleaning my car and I do prefer how the car looks without them. If there are existing threads on this, would you mind directing me there?

    Thanks!

    Welcome to the forum.

The side moldings are adhesive. It is a 3M adhesive. Pretty strong. Not too sure if you can just take them off. You may have to sacrifice some paint.

Thanks, Tony. I guess it's not worth sacrificing paint over.
