    Hi Everyone!

I'm new to Subaru, just picked up my WRX a few days ago in Obsidian Black Pearl. This is my second car after having a Honda Civic for
10 years, but I've always been a fan of Subaru and WRX's. Especially in LA, WRX's are somewhat rare, but I see other Subaru's on the road
    from time to time.

I was hoping to do some mods to my new car but I wanted to wait it out for a bit so I could do some proper research. Are there any
recommendations for what to upgrade first? Great forum btw!

Thanks everyone! This is my first MT Car, so I'm still learning the proper techniques. I'm just kinda taking it really easy right now, like at a turtle's pace haha. The black really stuck on me, and since my previous car was silver it was kind of an easy transition. My first choice was Plasma Blue but the one they had in stock was out of my price range. Having the moonroof and fog lights would have been nice, but since I'm still in school I could do without it until I start my career.

The car hasn't disappointed so far, and the first time I test drove it it pretty much took my breath away and left me euphoric for hours after driving it. I guess it's the side effect of upgrading to a car that's double the power.

    Welcome to the forum. Congrats.

If you really want fog lights ,it is a simple mod you can do since all cars are pre-wired.

Cool, I was looking up tutorials to install them too, and it looks pretty straight forward. Does the fog lamp kit come with the complete parts like the turn signal switch, lamps, and color-matched panels? I kinda wanted to not take my car apart just yet just because I'm still trying to get used to it, haha.

Haha, it's funny you said that cuz I just saw another subie owner and I waved back when he did.
But yeah, for some reason I really like fog lights on a car, and just how it looks at night. I could do
without it, but I think it gives it more of an aggressive look at night. I like having the extra visibility

Congrats on the car. It looks great and that's a great shot. I love fog lights and I know I will probably catch hell for this but IMPO I think the front bumper looks sleeker and better designed without them. To each his own right? I still love the look of the car obviously since I bought one but I wish the fog light integration was better. Let's see what they do with the re-design next model year.
