Welcome. You would need the STi injectors and I think the fuel pump and then you will need to have it tuned.
”Sti turbo”? No such thing. Turbo version depends on the year (vf39, vf52,...). Just get an 18g, 850cc, and dw65c.

Friends don't let friends drive Mitsubishis.
as of right now completely stock.is the wrx to sti turbo swap a common swap, how many ppl have actually done it?
What type of turbo are we talking about here? If you're gonna do a turbo upgrade you're gonna need a new intercooler, better injectors, (size of injectors depends on what turbo you're talking about) upgraded fuel pump. You also gotta consider the cost of a turbo swap, which isn't really that cheap to do. Why not upgrade to stage 2 with a decent pro tune and see if you still wanna do a turbo swap. For a turbo swap to be done right it will most of the time cost over $1,000.
what about exhaust? i know a guy that has a shop full of sti parts that im sure i can good deal on,what will i need to do swap out my stock exhaust for the 2.5 inch? (i think) from a sti?and how do the exhaust systems very by year?
i wouldnt focus so much on getting "sti parts" for example, an sti exhaust will do nothing for your car other than add some grumble.
try this:
start with: aftermarket downpipe, aftermarket catback [these 2 parts together are called a turboback exhaust], a catless uppipe [you CAN use one from an 04-07 STi or 06-07 wrx] and once youre done installing these items you will see the most power gains by getting a tune.

WITH THE CORRECT BUMPER
Oh yeah you might want to look into changing the stock uppipe. If I'm not mistaken that year model wrx has a cat in the uppipe that could cause problems later on and putting a free flowing catless uppipe would help give you a little bit better spool up.
