Hey all. Just picked up my new 2012 WRX Premium on Friday. Love it, but gently breaking her in. Great to see such an established community and I look forward to pitching in.

First step for me in the next few months is to replace the head unit with a nice double din high resolution LCD (Pioneer possibly). I'm not much into car modding outside of that, but after hanging around here for a while I just might try it.

This was at the dealer on pickup. Had to capture how clean it was since it'll never again be that shiny.

Congrats! I absolutely love that color on the WRX, looks incredible in black!!! I've had black cars in the past and would never do it again, it's too hard to keep clean in the Midwest, so I went with WRB. Looking good though. Kinda curious, is that a sedan or hatch? Lol, can't tell by this pic...

    Thanks. It's a hatch.

For future reference: Notice the rear wiper blade?

I have a Pioneer H/U from a few years ago (AVH-P4200DVD). It's a pretty nice unit, and I got it for $350 BNIB at EOL from Amazon a few Christmases ago. Pioneer tends to be a middle-end unit, decent at everything. I think Kenwood has better GPS (Garmin interface), and Alpine has better audio. Pioneer is a great balance of everything, and you'd probably be happy with it.
