The 2.5 is nice and the suspension isn't so bad. It is soft, but that makes for a smother daily diver so if you arn't taking it on a road course it will be minimal body roll not being to much of a problem unless you drive consistently hard through the twists. As for the tunes you can get a Cobb Access PORT stage 1 for aprox 9% increase and stage 2 for 13%. This would mean about 245hp and 255hp.

I wouldn't go with Cobb. I'll go with torqued performance stage 2

I'd buy a hatch, far more practical. The trunk in the 08+ has a weird step in it that makes it less useful.

I bought a sedan 6 years ago, and have regretted it.

    Sedan.

Sedans have a "trunk", hatches have a "boot".

IME I'd go Cobb because they are a stand up company with awesome customer service. They paved the way for a lot of these smaller companies like Torqued Performance. Nothing but great things to say about them from me.

With Cobb you're paying for the device, their OTS maps, and technical support. With TP (I'm assuming) you have to use ROMRaider to flash your car. It's the same end result, but different means. You're still going to have to shell out money for a cable to flash and datalog your car, but the tune will be more specific to your car. But you also have to go out and do data logging, so you have to be comfortable with doing that. Cobb is, more or less, plug and play.

Wish I could say the same, but I can't. Nearly every time I've dealt with them they have tried to rip off/overcharge me for parts and/or services. They know what they're doing, but as far as I'm concerned they're just a more performance oriented shop with stealership business practices.

Cobb has been great to me. They've helped me with tuning in the past over the phone, rather than just referring me to Cobb forums.

I'll toss this out for you; Eric Mineheart (who runs TP and does the tunes) only does the 08+ MYs. His tunes are either through the Cobb AP or by one of the Cable methods. I went with the AP for the ease of usage. Oh, and I have 0 complaints about the TP tunes, he will adjust them for optimum safety and performance to your cars needs.

A new AP is $600 and comes with maps.

But the AP also datalogs, is a gauge package, a code scanner, etc. Plus you get ATR for free, and great customer service.
