New member with a new to me Subaru

Just wanted to introduce myself to the ClubWRX scene. My name is Bill and I own a newish to me 2005 WRX Premium Sedan (CGM) with 93k on the clock. The car is stock and has one of the cleanest interiors I have ever seen in my entire life.

I go to school/live in Michigan and needed a vehicle to handle the harsh winters. I thought to myself "might as well buy a sporty turbo car with a manual transmission so I can at least have some fun". Obviously, I ended up with my Subaru.

I bought the car in July of 2011 from a Middle Aged Chiropractor in New Jersey with 86k miles. I have put on 7k miles since then with no issues. I had a blast driving it this past winter.

Overall, everything mechanical/cosmetic is stock. I have put in a pretty decent sound system since I bought it.

I will be traveling back out to NY (Nassau County) in a couple weeks for work. If anybody is in the Glen Cove area and knows how to wrench on our cars, I would enjoy to have someone help me inspect/clean/replace my IACV. It runs great now, but every once in a while I notice the rpms drop after starting the car after it's been sitting for a short period. While it may not be the IACV, I would like to clean it anyways. I would be willing to pay in either cash or a good meal. Let me know!
