Fairly new to the forum, new WRX owner!

Hey guys, I just picked up an 03 wrx sedan midnight black a couple days ago! I'm super excited at the least cause I've been wanting a suby for awhile now. I also drive a 93 rx7 its a pain in the ass so i'm hoping to get better reliability with just as much fun. How's everyone doing? Anything in particular i should know about these beasts?

I picked it up from a dealership with 114,814 miles one owner maintained regularly without any missed dates. I managed to talk them down from $10,997 to $9,525 and surprisingly it also came with a 3month/3,000 mile warranty. I feel like i got a decent deal considering the kbb was at $10,155. Bone stock except for a boost gauge the previous owner had installed himself and made it look extremely clean. I would like to start off with a few simple mods. I heard that buying an cobb access port would probably be the first best investment on the car but i am unsure of this. Any good ideas on starting mods exhaust, intake, ecu management. etc.? I was also really interested in buying the halo led headlights any thoughts on the quality of those?

I love the Bug Eye! I recently traded in my 02 a few weeks ago. I bought it new and ran it for over 10 yrs & 195,000 miles. I had it modded, but started slow:

    -Front & Rear Strut bars
    -Cobb Sway Bar & mounts
    -Borla Hush twin tip Catback
    -Cobb Stage 1
    -Cobb High Flow downpipe
    -Cobb Stage 2

This ride was my daily driver and it hauled ass. Ran really well & reliable, but it did increase the wear and tear on some minor stuff. Great car, but now I got a new 2012 WRX Black sedan & I'm gonna leave it alone...for now.Click image for larger version.
