I own a red 12' sedan and it was what I needed and liked. When I was looking to purchase a new car one of my needs was it had to be at least a four door and sport like. I LOVE the look of both but all I needed was the sedan. For a smaller car there is plenty of room in the trunk and backseats for what I needed. As the sedan being quieter than the hatch can't say I know the answer to that. It's all going to be what you like in the end just like everyone has said. They are both great cars you really cann't go wrong. RED is breast. Lol

Got my Sedan on 05/02/2012, White and Black FTW! Satin White Pearl looks amazing when you wax it up, all of the flakes and shades of white really shine through. It's all preference, and functionality. Get which ever one makes more sense for you. Personally I'm a Sedan fan, Coming from a 1988 Corvette with a hatch, I needed something different.

It's just funny what was posted. I don't see the non sedan being a wagan but I guess the insurance company's do. A wagan to me is not as fierce and fast as the non sedan wrx. So I call them hatch's

This. I saw a WRX Premium PBP Sedan at the dealership and it looks pretty damn good. Hatch for the space. I'd get the STi in the sedan though...

Challenge some of the wagons on this forum at the track, and you may find yourself to be in error.

I may be wrong, but I think he meant, in other words..."a wagon to me is not as fierce and fast as the 'hatch'"...word choice thing...

LOLers, I knew what he meant...just speaking up for the "fast and fierce" wagon club.

Don't take anything seriously around here.

...as in wagon = family ship vs hatch = 5th door instead of trunk lid? ...could make sense.
I like the 5-door, it's practical, the difference in noise is rumor (maybe), and (at least mine) drives fine. I'm not racing/competing, just wanted something that can leave everyone else in the dust. I got that. And if someone does keep up, or even goes ahead, I'll give them a Thumbs-up!
You can't have everything - where would you put it?

Cool. I did some math about my budget, and it looks like I need to cut my goof-off and eat-out fun money budget by about 10% in order to have the car. I think I can eat out that much less, lol.

And once I do I can afford my Wagonatch! Hagon? Whatever it is. I'm getting one.

edit: lol I'm dumb. Turns out I was double-counting half my expenses since I spend everything on the 'fun money' thing (groceries, etc).

Yeah I'm gonna get a limited

    BUT WHAT COLOR!?
