In the options from Subaru, they have "Front Lip Spoiler" listed. Is that front ground fx or something? That is what I am looking for a pic of - for a with & without comparison.
Thanks for clarifying the difference in ride.

It was designed keeping in mind the aerodynamics of the car.

Technically, yes. Functionally...probably not. If anything it will just increase drag. Unless they spend some serious time in a wind tunnel.

From what I've been reading, some are using it as a preventative measure towards getting a crack in the front bumper. Possibly helps absorb the initial impact from a pot hole, curb or low driveway decreasing the chances of getting chipped paint/cracked bumper.

Well, if the dealership can work with us a little on price, here is what I hope to be ordering this week!

    STOCK: Black, Subaru WRX Limited
    + Navigation
    + 10" Kicker Sub + amp
+ Front Lip Spoiler (to prevent cracks and scrapes)
    + Center Armrest Extension
    + All Weather Mats
    + Cargo Tray
    + Sunshade

    Upgrades (hopefully this year)
    Power, Drivetrain, Engine Bay
    + Cobb AP
+ Cobb Stage 2 Tune Package
    + Cobb Short Shifter
    + Cobb Intake System
    + Cobb Catless Up Pipe
+ Cobb Extras (heat shield, battery holder, gas cap, etc)

    Other Future Upgrades
+ Remote Show N Go Front License Plate
    + Built in Radar (Passport?)
+ "Big 3" Zero Gage Upgrade
+ 2 Battery Upgrade for Future FX & Power -- (XS Power Batteries) -- Should I upgrade the alternator?
    + JBL Sound (I think)

    Any other comments/suggestions?
Thanks for all the help. I'll let you know how things go.

There are alternatives to the OEM lip.The sub is a bit on the expensive side.

No dimming mirror? Definitely worth the coin. Otherwise list looks good.

I was not aware the new motor needed an uppipe? Older models yes, but new???

+1 ^ Skip the up-pipe. The stock one on the 3g WRX's is catless so it's fine.

It will be a while before I can do anything aftermarket on sound & looks because I want to put $ into the engine 1st. I've priced the same sub/amp aftermarket and because I'd have to have someone else install it (I don't have time or knowledge) then I come out about the same. I'm in a similar situation with the lip. I know that if I didn't get it, I wouldn't have anything in either of those spots for longer than I want.

Good catch. I thought that would be a "given" with the "limited" package. If not, I'll add it.
