A 3-port BCS or MBC would be worth it. Talk to your tuner about which one they would rather tune (they often have a preference).

You will need these gaskets, at a minimum:
    Uppipe/manifold
    Uppipe/turbo
    Turbo/downpipe

Depending on your install method, you may also need:
    Manifold/crosspipe
    Manifold/block

Basically, any connection you break, you should replace it with a new gasket. I'd recommend OE over Grimmspeed, however.

The 16G-XT is a better turbo, but it's also more expensive, and makes it difficult to stick to your $1500 budget.

good things to have done. Youll be impressed with the performance difference between the stock up pipe and your new up pipe.

meh. Not overly impressed with the HTA 68 on the 2 liter. It makes good power but its all later in the power band and without some serious porting and polishing your spool times will be very unimpressive

I'd go with the Blouch over Forced Performance.

UTEC paired with a reflash is great! UTEC on it's own, is simply alright (I'd take Cobb/OpenECU over it).

Depends on the tune and current state of your motor. What are your compression/leakdown results?
