    Thanks, guys. It's pretty typical to offer these protection applications... even if it is a scam. So, you don't think I need them, huh? I appreciate the advice.

    So, is it a protune or accessport? What can either do for me? I'll look into both.

    Yeah, the best protective application you can have is to stay on top of washing and waxing. for a heck of a lot cheaper than 500 bucks.

    Protune is preferred, of course, as it is specific/tailored to your car and environment. Both will add to and smooth out your hp and tq curves. The stock tune is crap.
