what do you think of this wrx, should i get it?

I am considering buying a wrx and theres one for sale in my area. Its a 2005 with 102 000 km. It doesnt have any mods done to it except a boost gauge. by the pictures it appears to be in great shape. He is asking 14 900, but i would say I could get the price down a bit. I know there aren't any pictures of the interior, but since it has a sun roof, fog lights, etc i am assuming its a limited, so do you think it has leather seats? heated seats? I sent him an email with a few questions but havent heard back yet. here is the add:

im assuming its not USD since the mileage is in KM. maybe a canada car since the description said they drove to texas & whatnot.

yea its a canada car, i looked it up and the average asking price for that year car in canada is somewhere in the low 13k range. So i will mention that to him and see if he will drop the price a bit.

Could be a premium. If it's a limited that could explain the higher price... I'd def go for around $12,500 or $13k.
