Just picked up an '11 WRX!

So I had an '08.5 Mazdaspeed3. I absolutely loved the car but unfortunately on Christmas a girl decided to text and ran a red light, t-boned me, and no more Mazda. I was looking into another Mazda but couldnt find a clean one with low miles so I turned to WRXs. Wouldnt ya know it that I now have a Sliver 2011 WRX premium. So far I love the car! Quicker than the Mazda but the interior isnt quite as nice. Oh well Ill get over it! The original owner put on a vinyl wrap (matte black) on the roof and side mirrors. It also has the stock sub, SPT cat-back, and momo shift knob. The car has just under 2200 miles, I did an in-and-out with a local subaru dealer with the original owner and he picked up a 2012 STI.

I do have one question for you guys. I drove a few 2010 WRXs and they all flet like shifting a big rig. My 2011 feels quite a bit better. It does have the momo shift knob, does that mena that it has the optional short throw kit? I asked the original owner but he wasnt sure.

Sorry about your loss. I drove a 2011 MS3 and then the WRX...

Anyways, take a side photo of the shifter. We can see if it's shorter or not. There are options out there. You should look into the kartboy shifter bushings. Makes a world of difference.
