    Unhappy key fob dead for unlock/lock, . need to disable the alarm before it gets ugly..

    The fob trunk release stills operates so it's not the battery. How do I disable the alarm? my svc mgr at my dealer said to cycle x 3 key from on to off ending in the off position and I did. No joy. Any insight?

    yeah its 3 times. are you cycling the key all the way or just 1 click?
