Hey all, Im a new sti owner in washington dc. Im trying to find out how to add a profile pic. Is that only an option for subscribers or is it available to all?

you have to make a minimum number of posts before you can. It's to prevent spammers from advertising in their profile pictures. I think it's 3 or 5 posts is all.
