    New STi Owner ^______^

    Hey Guys,
    My names Jamie..
Just picked up my 2004 STi.. I've owned it for about 4 days now.
I already have front & rear strut bars, along with front & rear sways.
Which I heard thats a must for subies to get the best out of your handling..
It came with a WRX wing, instead of the STi wing. -____-"
So im either going wingless or looking for a sti wing..

I haven't got a chance to take any NICE pictures of the car, but i do have a photo from
when I was still @ the dealership getting ready to sign :')

    Welcome and congrats!

Go wingless. The STi wing IMO is a little over the top.
2015 CWP WRX STi ... But how did I get roped back into an EJ motor?!

I believe the WRX spoiler and the STI wing are the same bolt patter on the trunk...I may be wrong though.

Bahaha famous last words? The STi wing has about 150,000,000 more bolts to secure to the trunk.

Oh yeah, OP... you'll need different trunk props if you want to put the STi wing back on. That wing makes the trunk a good 10 pounds heavier.

Yesssss....and I know it has more holes...but it easier to drill more than to plug some.

thats exactly why I wanted to go wingless, i felt how much heavier the trunk is with the STi wing.
