    Hi, I'm kungpoof and tonight I purchased a 2004 Subaru WRX. Black, 5-speed, 106,XXX on the clock. I work in DC and live in Fredericksburg, VA (about 55 miles south) so I have a bit of a commute. I don't plan to drive every day, but I've gotta get better MPG than my current Explorer is offering.

    Parts and advice? I'm all about being a sponge for information lol. Anything in particular I should be worried about and looking at? It already shakes when braking at highway speeds, nothing too bad but unwanted vibration nonetheless. I have a pretty deep background in Mustangs, but haven't owned one in a year or two due to what I call "parental priorities (aka becoming a dad)" so this was one case where I could get a fun car but it can be the family mobile/commute car and get decent mpg.
