    Hello everybody. Just bought my 1st subaru its 07 Sti and i absolutly love it.
    I do have one concern with the way its rough idling. idling up and down and sounds like it will die. Anyone else had this problem?

    it has a few mods like fuel pump,invidiatube,upipe,external wastegate,3port boost controller,inlet ,intake

    tail external wastegate turned out to be a ebay knockoff pos made in china.

    ok, dumb question, but whats v-band? was thinking Tial MV-S 38mm V-Band Wastegate w/ 1 bar spring
    is this what i need?

    If your Wastegate is connecting to your up-pipe, then it should be a V-Band style. I haven't seen anyone sell an Up-Pipe that doesn't use a MV-S or MV-R

    V-Band is a type of clamp. Instead of it bolting on to a manifold or pipe, it has a very tight clamp...makes it easier to remove if need be instead of seized bolts.
