    I am contemplating taking the badges off, but I am not sure. Did anyone else remove their badges?

    i just found a weekly meet and the guys joked about having to take mine off, they all did theirs. im not really sure why haha

    I have seen a couple of pictures where the badges were removed to make it look less cluttered. I will have to see after I have my car. I pick her up Tomorrow at 1130!

    That's nice dude... What is involved to remove them? Did you remove the side molding to paint the red wrx?

    The trunk is the easiest, I used a hair dryer to heat up the glue and then fishing line to pull the letters off once heated. Didn't take very long at all and then one they are all off i used goo gone to get the rest of the glue residue off and then washed and waxed the area..

    The front one is a little trickier, I took my front bumper off and then clipped the pieces that were holding the wrx on cause I know i won't be putting it back on, but i am sure theres a way to save the posts so you can easily put it back if needed.

    For the red wrx yes i removed that side piece, it is very easy and if you need a step by step id be more then willing to help you out just let me know. The paint i used is also the same color code as my car since a tree unfortunately took out my hood 3 weeks after i got it.

    Nice choice. I am going for the white pearl to. Someone told me that the STI's ride is too stiff. Going for the base model and going to ad after market accessories.
