Hey i bought my first wrx...overheating already

Bought an 2004 red wrx last week with a rebuilt motor 3k ago for cheapp because of some dings and the rear driver door is beat up.anyways it has a turbo back exhaust...can't seem to find a brand but it looks pretty legit.ohhh and a bad turbo, just an excuse to upgrade

After driving it today it started to overheat like to the red within 10 min of driving... Turned the heat on to try to cool it off, at stop lights it would be hottest then driving would cause it to cool off some...I noticed the top of the radiator support and the electric fans half way down was wet with coolant, starting to think a leak or the thermostat is bad

    Any help would be appreciated

If you can see coolant you have a leak. Fix the leak and burp the system. Then burp the system again. Use the correct Subaru coolant.

The plastic end tanks on the radiator might have cracked.
