Welcome. To get the most power out of your set up you'll need a custom tune.
    are you looking for 275whp?

Personally, modding to a certain number goal is kind of silly because every dyno reads differently.

Mod until you're happy with how the car feels.

After getting tuned, if you're still unhappy your next step for power would likely be a turbo upgrade with supporting mods

You want a number? Just throw it on a dyno and adjust the correction factor until it makes the number you want.

Sounds like you need a stage 2 tune. Or if you want a little more than that get a quality TMIC, a 3-port EBC, and a protune. At least that's what I would do if I were you.

No, you set up the boost, fuel, and timing tables in the ECU. That's the tune, the most important part. All the EBC would do is allow you to have better control over boost targets when the car is being tuned.

You have not stated what gear you are in. Boost at 7K RPM isn't interesting. State what your max boost is below redline under high load in a high gear.

The td04 can't flow enough air at 7000rpm, and as SD_GR stated, boost is gear (and load) dependent.

Has your car been tuned? If not, there's your problem.. and there could possibly be a leak somewhere.
