Well the retrofit kit I bought from TRS has a bi-xenon projector, and is suppose to have both low and high beam perform in HID. My question is, is the low beam bulb use the high beam, because It doesnt make sense to me how the high beam would be HID if its the original bulb.

No, there are separate low beam bulbs and high beam bulbs.
