Well here's my story, my car is about to be stage 2 at the end of the week (just waiting for parts to come in) which I'm pretty excited for and now I think it's time to start some slight exterior modifications. Being in the midwest and having some pretty intense winters, I'm looking to maintain a stock height. Plus, here in Ann Arbor there are a lot of WRX's with the majority of them being lowered. I want to give it more of a rally-ish look without going overboard because I like a clean car. I'm just looking to get input on what you guys thought of mods and such. I'm looking for a nice wheel and tire package but don't know what would look good without lowering it...
Thanks!

I was going to do mudflaps for sure but was also looking at doing a roof spoiler.. I don't know if that's overkill or not. I have no trunk spoiler, so I dunno what it would look like.
Let me google that for you

I was giving you an example of what your car would look like with a roof spoiler and no trunk spoiler. I have seen a 2006 with no rear spoiler and a roof spoiler and I think it looks good. IMO you either have a roof spoiler with an sti wing or wingless.

Yeah after looking at more of those I'm digging the roof spoiler, thought I don't know if I want to drill into my car. I guess I'll do more research.
You will have to drill into the pillar if you get the subara one. They make diffusers which stick to the top of the window, but I personally like the oem better.
