    Alarm Recommendation

I just picked up my WRX last thur and I am thinking about getting car alarm. Any recommendation for brand and model? I have heard Viper 3303 is pretty good. Also, does anybody know any good shop for installation in NOVA area?

    Thanks in advance

First off, let us know what year and model of car you have. Second, what are your goals with installing an alarm? Theft of the car, theft of junk inside, vandalism? For most applications, if the car has a factory immobilizer you're better off just adding the shock sensor and a low deductible to your comprehensive insurance and calling it good.

If you still think you need an alarm then I would suggest IAG for installation. It is a bit of a drive but they do outstanding work and their prices (from my experience) are significantly cheaper than anywhere near DC.
