    Surge

    I have an 07 wrx impreza and i have got a turbo surge from first to 4th gear im pretty sure thats not right and is there anyway to fix that?

    What is surge? Are you saying you are getting air reversal via the inlet? If so there is a fault with the recirculation valve.

    ok i can hear the waste gate flutter when im in low gears and i also see my boost gauge needle struggles to get up to 10 lbs the needle really wiggles at ten and up
    please help me get better at describing man i suck at this

    Have you checked your hoses?

    Step 1 to figuring this out is isolating the cause of the boost issue. Can you have somebody rev it while you listen under the hood?
