    I plan on getting a cobb ap in a few weeks. Anybody know where I can get a cheap one?

    ASRacing (username on this forum) sells them as cheap as anywhere and he's a good guy.

    you actually might want to look into getting rid of your injen intake & going back to stock or replacing it with a better unit.

    injen is known for being horribly designed & they do need a custom tune to run properly, so i wouldnt recommend using an OTS cobb map w/ it.

    yeah so i have heard, so i plan on getting the stock one from a newer wrx the one that has the scoop that gets its air from the outside, still looking though. any other suggestions? thanks.

    If you end up not getting the stock one, i would get the Cobb SF Intake. It would work very well with the Cobb AP, and the heat shield box they offer also. Just recently installed mine, and i like it a lot.

    Funny timeline of events...OP joined in Sept 2010, posted his welcome thread in Apr 2011. Doesn't say a word for a year, then says something again finally in Apr 2012...then get's welcomed again.

    Haha! yeah well the first couple months I was becoming familiar with the site and becoming somewhat knowledgeable reading some of the stickys and threads. Funny!
